Nicole Goncalves-Krysinski has had a varied career with extensive experience in both Criminal Defense and Matrimonial Law. Her focus is primarily matrimonial litigation, where she handles complex ﬁnancial matters, division of marital estates and custody and support cases. She has handled cases across the spectrum of matrimonial and family law including post-judgment appeals, post divorce judgement modiﬁcations and enforcement of court orders. Nicole is an aggressive litigator as well as a skilled negotiator with countless favorable out-of-court settlements.
For clients seeking to resolve matters outside of court; Nicole also specializes in prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and is a strong proponent of settling matters amicably between parties. She has also handled same-sex pre and postnuptial agreements, divorces and civil union dissolutions.
Nicole is admitted in both New York and Florida, as well as Federal Court. She is on the Board of Directors for the Kings County Criminal Bar Association.
