Howard has been representing clients in a variety of matters, with a career spanning over thirty years.

Although his primary focus is Criminal Defense, he also has experience in Matrimonial and Family Law. Howard’s has handled thousands of criminal cases from pre-arrest investigations to appellate work. Howard is an aggressive litigator, seasoned negotiator, and has resolved countless matters, saving clients the cost and uncertainty of litigation.

Mr. Schwartz thinks outside the box and has the ability to come up with unique resolutions to numerous legal issues.
